Meet Our Team

Ngaire Young
Support Coordinator / Recovery Coach
Ngaire is a highly experienced Support Coordinator who is passionate about empowering people to feel confident, informed, and in control of their NDIS journey. With many years working in complex service environments, Ngaire has supported participants through everything from establishing strong day-to-day support teams to navigating complex reviews, service breakdowns, and high-risk situations with clarity and steadiness.
As part of The Oak Collective, Ngaire brings a strong background in finance, governance, and systems oversight to her work. She specialises in complex NDIS coordination, strategic plan implementation, funding sustainability, and cross-system coordination across health, housing, education, and community services. Her approach combines trauma-informed practice, careful budget monitoring, early risk identification, and strategic advocacy to ensure participants receive supports that are stable, sustainable, and aligned with their long-term goals.
Guided by The Oak Collective’s values of integrity, compassion, and empowerment, Ngaire works alongside participants and families to reduce confusion, build capable and accountable support teams, and navigate the NDIS with confidence — creating clarity within the system so people can focus on living their lives in a way that feels safe, meaningful, and secure.
Jayne Holmes
Support Coordinator / Recovery Coach
Jayne is an experienced leader within the disability sector, bringing a strong background in Supported Independent Living (SIL), service delivery, and team leadership. With extensive experience working alongside participants with complex needs — including behavioural, psychosocial, and high-care supports — Jayne is passionate about achieving meaningful outcomes for the people she supports.
Throughout her career, Jayne has worked closely with participants, families, Support Coordinators, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and allied health professionals to ensure supports are responsive, person-centred, and aligned with individual needs. She has a strong understanding of the NDIS, safeguarding requirements, and the practical realities of service delivery within SIL and SDA environments.
Jayne brings a unique combination of operational leadership and hands-on sector experience. She has managed multidisciplinary teams, overseen service delivery across multiple sites, and supported staff to implement behaviour support strategies and person-centred approaches effectively. Her experience in budgeting, rostering, and service planning allows her to understand both the participant experience and the systems that sit behind it.
Calm, solutions-focused, and highly organised, Jayne approaches her work with a strong commitment to quality, consistency, and collaboration. She is deeply committed to participant choice and control, ensuring that each person’s voice is heard, respected, and reflected in the supports around them. Jayne works alongside participants and their support networks to create environments where people feel empowered, understood, and supported to live in a way that aligns with their goals and preferences.
