Our Services

Support Coordination

Our Support Coordinators work alongside you to bring your NDIS plan to life in a way that feels clear, empowering, and achievable. We take the time to understand what’s important to you and help you connect with providers who genuinely align with your goals, values, and needs. Through ongoing communication and collaboration, we make sure your supports work together seamlessly and adapt as your circumstances change. We’re here to simplify the NDIS process, support you when things get tricky, and help you build the skills and confidence to take greater control of your journey over time.

Specialist Support Coordination

Our Specialist Support Coordinators provide a higher level of support for people with more complex or high-risk needs. We coordinate across multiple systems — including health, housing, justice, and child protection — to make sure every part of your support network is working together. We take a proactive, hands-on approach to stabilise crises, reduce risk, and build lasting systems of support around you. Whether it’s navigating complex funding, facilitating case meetings, or supporting you for fair and reasonable outcomes, our focus is always on creating sustainable solutions that improve quality of life and long-term stability.

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

Our Psychosocial Recovery Coaches walk beside you on your mental health recovery journey, focusing on strengths, connection, and hope. We take a recovery-oriented approach that’s grounded in respect and understanding — supporting you to set meaningful goals, develop daily routines, and build resilience through life’s ups and downs. Working closely with you, your supports, and your community, we aim to strengthen your independence and confidence so you can live life on your terms and feel supported in all the ways that matter most.

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we live, to work and provide services.

We pay our respects to Elders past and present, and recognise the continuing connection of all
Aboriginal people to land, water, spirit and community.
